goodbye to the decade that was called my 20's.

Sep 12, 2010 23:22

After graduating university; I held a plethora of different jobs. Electrician Assistant, Office Manager Assistant, Nanny, Color Guard Instructor, Property Manager, House Painter, Jewelry Maker, Travel Agent and my current venture; Stock Trader.

I have had at least 20 different addresses. No exaggeration.

I have lived in 7 different cities, in 3 different countries. I have traveled to 17 different countries, in 5 different continents.

I was a ravenette, a brunette, a blond, and a red head; as well as an orange, blue and purple head.

By trying to find who I was, I have been classified as a hippy, a raver, a punk, a witch and a gothling. I have had boyfriends that fit each one of these classifications.

My longest commitment was to my pet beta fish Fred. RIP Fred.

I have learned it's okay to spend hundreds on shoes...because they're shoes.

I have learned to read the labels of food that I'm eating.

I have discovered VIP lounges in airports. I love VIP lounges in airports.

I have become a vegetarian that doesn't like most vegetables. I have become a fire dancer. I have skydived and Scuba dived. I have posed nude for photographs(artistic nude photographs). I started an adult color guard performance group. I learned how to photograph, drink, hula hoop, belly dance, knit, kayak, punch, make faerie wings, snowboard (kind of), do aerial tricks, drive a stick, make jewelry, and research things I know nothing about so I would know about them.

I still cannot do public speaking.

I have made lifelong friendships with people I cannot imagine living without them.

My 20's were a crazy wild ride and I can't wait to see what my 30's bring me.
