Some of the common symptoms experienced during PMS:
# Forgetfulness and difficulty in concentration
# Increased irritability and anger
# Anxiety and panic attacks
# Fluid retention and weight gain
# Loss of sex drive
# Mood swings, primarily feelings of depression
# Skin symptoms such as acne, oily skin and greasy or dry hair.
Hey, guess what, I'm totally PMSing. For the last 6 days. And my irritability is beginning to piss me off. "What's wrong?" "Nothing." Nothing is wrong. But simply being asked that is making something wrong, because I'm that easily irritated. I can no longer excuse myself for waking up on the wrong side of the bed. My body needs to become in tune with itself again. And my hair has been gross too. What's the deal with PMSing? I was in class this morning, and I couldn't take notes properly. I heard and understand what my professor was telling me, and when something she said piqued my interest, and I'd think that it would be a good thing to take down in my notes, I'll look down at my paper and just blink, blankly, and forget completely what I wanted to write. And even was she had just said.
COME ON, PERIOD, JUST COME AND LET ME GO ON WITH MY LIFFEEEE!
The first solution to fixing a problem like this is admitting you have the problem.
I admit it. I'm PMSing.
Woo, I feel better already.
