This batty old woman keeps calling my house as a wrong number. She's been calling for at least a year, maybe more. Calling 4-5 times a week, sometimes 3-4 times a day. We keep telling her that the person she's looking for doesn't live here, even told her to write the number down with a note that it's the wrong number

Can you not block the number? Call your phone company and explain the situation to them.
