I love stories where Lee doesn't lose faith that Kara will come back to him. There's always something sad about them too, but the color details and hope here do not disappoint. I find myself hoping right along with Lee. *happy sigh&

Yeah, the one thing that really helped me deal with being angry over the finale was that piece of my head!canon-- that Lee knew they didn't stop here and Kara would be back someday like all the other times before Daybreak.

Aww...I agree with Kate. I'm hoping right along with Lee.

I love when Lees faith in Kara is unwavering.

Thank you! I've always loved that while Lee may not be a religious person, he truly, completely believes in Kara instead.

What a sweet, melancholy story. You did a really nice job showing Lee's internal struggle between logic and emotion, and how Kara always defied what made sense to him. Lee's hope and belief in Kara are so strong.

Kara's always been there to push Lee outside where he was comfortable, and Lee really benefited from having that in his life. I really like the idea that she made such a mark on Lee that even after she disappeared into thin air, Lee, against all logic and reason, always held out hope for her return.

Eeee! More fic from you! There was such a beautiful quality to the telling of this story - from the description of the field to the mention of the kiss in the tent *stars in eyes* to the final scene of Lee, moving on day by day, hopeful for her return. Lovely! K :D

I adore this story. I love it when Lee never waivers in his belief that Kara will one day return to him. I love that his faith in whatever they have is so much stronger than his logical side. I love the hint of sadness, well it wouldn't be pilots without angst, mixed in with everlasting hope.
