So I guess we're calling this day three of the ABC diet. I had all these plans to wake up early, gym, do some errands, yadda yadda... but what do I do? Sleep in til noon, obviously.
So far had coffee with sugar and honey - I'm just gonna over estimate it to 80 cals.
NEED to go to the gym later.
UPDATE
Had 2 stalks of brocolli and 4 soda crackers for lunch, then tofu for dinner. All in all, like 315 cals.
And still no gym for me. fuuuuuck.
