I did like that he couldn't at that point though. KKM does twist the predictability factor to keep it fresh. I like that about the show.

Yeah, I liked that too. It's like, "Oh, continuity! So I guess that not everything WILL revert to the status quo! Yay!"

Amazing post! The Glen Miller and Asuka links were a great touch.

"GRRRRR BLAH BLAH BLAH HUBE BLAH GRRRRR BLAH BLAH GWENDEL SMASH!!!"
*splorfle*

Why do I always get the episodes where Yuuri sticks something suggestive in his mouth?!Luck? XD Actually, during that second scene where he drinks from the water skin I was all “PHALLIC MUCH?!” It seems to happen often, no ( ... )

I think it’s really funny how Yuuri’s so nonchalant about his sudden possession by a Mulletheaded Maou. If I knew I lost control of my body and went on magical rampages, I’d be pretty concerned. I guess it’s all part of Yuuri’s easygoing personality?

Yes, exactly. I find it amusing that Yuuri was more freaked out by waking up in Wolfram's lap than he was about being posessed by a super-powerful demon king.

Ryan/Sandbear. Huh. I think this was the episode that made me officially go “this is NEVER getting serious, is it?” I mean sure, it DOES, but there’s always crack sprinkled in somewhere… At least it makes no excuses for what it is. :P

And that's why I love it. ;)

But I can't remember, does Gwendal keep lil' Bandou on his sword for the whole rest of the series?

Unfortunately no, I don't think so. Because that would just be TOO awesome.

And yes, Yuuri is remaining remarkably sane despite all of the ordeals that he's been dragged through.

Yeah, the manga moves sloooooooowly. But it's still really good at getting all of the little details from the novels right.

Yuuri is so full of gay... XD

And now that Little Brown Jug song is going to be stuck in my head all day, which does not help with the whole going to class thing (paying attention will be most difficult). ^^;

Great summary! I have to say the whole Ryan/Sand Bear thing made me stop and do a double take the first time I watched this. I hadn't thought KKM would be quite that random, but they proved me wrong.
