Notes: Written for Round one of kkm_challenge and also for the prompt Wolfram/Conrad and sword fighting, given to me over a year ago by moonythestrals. Sorry it took so long!
The sun is blazing overhead in the noon sky, causing fragments of sunlight to bounce off of the clashing blades. The heat and length of the exercise have caused the brothers to shed formality in the form of their shirts minutes before: Wolfram’s breathing is labored, and Conrad’s chest glistens with a sheen of sweat. They exchange blows, both intent on winning while also assuring no harm comes to the other.
From the sidelines, Yuuri watches intently as though trying to learn their moves. But the smile he tries to hide gives him away: he is merely enjoying the view.
