What exactly is the name of that anime in the picture prompt? -has never seen it before-

I'm not sure if it is a specific anime that those costumes are based on. You definitely don't need to do any kind of research for the submission. Just be creative. ^^

costumes are from Sergent Keroro [jap: Keroro Gunsou]

Sergeant Keroro (or so says Animax Philippines). A small troupe of alien frogs "invade" Earth and end up being taken cared of (taking care of?) this...family. I don't watch it but they get into a lot of comedic mishaps.

The show replaced KKM Season 2 in Animax Philippine's weekday line-up. I'm a wee bit bitter about it. ^^'

Yuuri's wearing the perky let's-take-over-the-world sergeant's costume. Murata's wearing the tempermental war-freak frog's costume and Wolf's wearing the peace-loving weapons keeper frog's costume.
