^_^ My one problem with your interpretation to the effect of the clothing, and it's just a small one... they met back up with Cheri and Fan-Fan, did they not? ^_^ And Fan-Fan was holding Yuri and Wolfram's clothing from before, yes? Yet... Yuri still chose to bum around the ship in Conrad's jacket instead of get changed. Now, I don't know if you've been through gym classes that have you change (I don't know your school systems or age, as you see, nor do I need to...) but, you can get changed on the move pretty fast as people in gym class are wont to do in under five minutes. I think sometime between Fan-Fan's and the shipping yard, Yuri COULD have changed, unless something else held him from it... like, oh, the desire to wear Conrad's jacket for the sake of fan-girls or other romantic inklings. ^_^
As far as cradling goes, I've seen that in reference to a slightly different pose, usually not indicative of whether they are standing or not. (See the novel art for an example of that... um, let me see if I can pull up the link... here: http://pics.livejournal.com/venuskquest/pic/0000xryt/ that's the one I have in mind.) So, bridal style to me is always in-air transit. I hope that clarifies my point.
I was just curious, you had a lot of Ken icons but some of them picked on Yuri so I wasn't totally sure if you were MuraYuu or YuuMu or YuuRam, ConYuu... etc. etc. etc. ...etc. XD I'm always curious about stuff like that, because the different views do tend to go along pairing lines such as Conrad holding Yuri like that protectively in a parental/fraternal way versus romantic and I can't help but think the jacket is more of that, as I can't say a cart hauling out as fast as they were and cutting through OTHER wagons as inconspicuous... myself. ^_^' But that's just *my* take.

True, but there's no evidence they went to FanFan's. More likely, Fanfan arranged for them to get the rowboat and for them to meet Cheri's ship in a safer venue. I tend to think the planners of the rescue would be smarter than to go to the shipyard, which would have been under guard normally (or if not the shipyard, then the harbor itself, given Cheri's initial reception).
I believe one "picks on Yuuri" and I would challenge anyone to tell me that icon is incorrect. ^^;;
I can see why you might make snap judgments about what pairing-clique I'm in, due to other fan's behavior, however that doesn't mean I have to appreciate or accept the insinuation. Disagreement does not automatically mean opposition and sadly, the tendency for fans of a pairing to read into "moments" at the expense of their attention to the plot and/or other characters is what will make me dislike a pairing, rather than anything happening with the pairing itself.
For instance, ConYuu shippers should be able to acknowledge that Yuuri went to Dai Shimeron because he was following Murata and appreciate the relationship the two have as friends. Just like MuraYuu shippers should be able to acknowledge that Yuuri went to battle the Shinou because Yuuri wanted to save Wolfram and appreciate his devotion. It doesn't have to be one or the other. My enjoyment in the series is not predicated by the amount of fanservice that is devoted to my ship.
I know Shoku-dan has put out its sub of 87. I think there were links on the main comm or you can get it from Anisuki.

Anou, I forgot to put into the text bubble that I thought the icon was cute, I didn't mean to insinuate that I disliked it, merely that it DID tease Yuri (On the contrary I loved it, and "not everybody's sun" can also be read as a bit of teasing remark. ^_^ So, 2.) Anyhow, I can't help but feel like you're being a bit caustic here. XD
Also-- for starts, it looks like a massive port-country, so I presume there are multiple docks especially with the amount of trade, and Fan-Fan could arrange for guards to look the other way as he wasn't technically brought under scrutiny just yet to the audience, we just know the shoe is going to fall. That aside... Okay, let's assume Fan-Fan met up with them, he was still originally in his house and would be able to still bring the clothes, would he not? It still equates to Yuri being ABLE to get his clothing and yet not doing such for mysterious reasons of squee. I don't know if anyone out there is genuinely naive enough to watch KKM and think it isn't slashable with just about anything (give me a few drinks and I could probably come up with a plausible plot of Cheri's garden throwing itself at Yuri) and I think it is still acceptable to find an OTP for what you like. Though, in all fairness, I think it was concern for both Conrad and Murata, the floating hearts and 'borrowing' Conrad did him in, that tricky double-black! XD

Did you see the ConSara amv? That's a perfect example of not using the series to dictate pairings, but they may have seen the game (because it is implied there.) I like how we have the freedom in the anime/series in general to choose just that, what we like and dislike. You must think I'm childish, but I can attest (as bias as it sounds for me to say it, XD) I'm really putting thoughts into my arguments here, so don't think I'm just flinging words about at you. If by "berating", you mean my disinterest in allowing you to pigeon-hole me in a narrow-minded fashion, then that's unfortunate. I did not appreciate your response to my comment being "what ship do you sail by", the implication being I could not possibly disagree with you if I liked ConYuu. The spins you choose to put on the scenarios I presented you with speak more toward your bias than mine. The "evidence" you see so clearly is not necessarily blatant to everyone else.

Well, I agree and disagree yet again, *shrugs* I genuinely was curious as to what your ship was, and as you said you're fair-game. I hardly see it as narrow-minded, but I can see how someone would see that if they dislike what they're being told. ^_^ I thought I initially addressed it in a whimsical fashion, oh, one more note about cradling that I failed to raise-- it's more behind the neck than under the arm/across the back. ^_^ Believe it or not, I happen to like MuraYuu pairings, so it isn't as if I completely neglect him. *Shrugs* You actually remind me of an angry Ken, as silly as that is. I think anyone and everyone can come to common grounds, though we haven't been particularly coming up to points where I can readily demonstrate it. However, as far as things go, have you noticed I have attempted to be positive within my posts? Genuine attempts too, you on the other-hand have so far seemed to not be so interested. It's just one's mindset to focus on particular things. I can't help but find these comments entertaining, but I am afraid we should both tone it back just a tad to prevent any 'warring'. As I've never participated in outright bashing in areas that could particularly come back around to start a fight.

I can't help but think if I had volunteered something as random as "carried him like a fireman" people wouldn't have been able to quickly pulled up the image. Now, I truly don't want to turn this into a bitter experience (ne, too late for you, eh?) but allow me to state clearly here, I don't really care what others think as far as the construct they want to form-- it's their choice so I have no reason to want to influence it. ^_^ I just don't like being 'pigeon-holed' or have my writings spammed because it isn't in their ship. <3 Now please play nice, if you want to continue this, feel more than free to either mask these or we could take it to PMs that are much more private and we could discuss more fully.
