In a nutshell, the above link will take you to an article that details a little bit of news that has the Lakota Nations seceding from the US to form their own country using bits of the Dakotas, Nebraska, Wyoming, and Montana. This is a little more than Quebec rattling their poutine and bitching about being distinct, this is a good chunk of the US no longer belonging to the US and not a goddamn word is being said about it.
Seriously, this could be potentially huge. It happened yesterday and I scanned through the Globe, Province, and Star this morning and found only a brief notice that Hulk Hogan might cancel an appearance he was planning to make in the new Lakota Nations. WTF?
