The other day, we visited a nearby Harley Davidson dealership to check out the Buell bikes. Maybe a minute into checking out the selection, a salesman was trying real hard to sell me this bike. And he wouldn't quit trying! It was quite impressive. Today, we stopped down by the Annapolis HD dealership but no one talked to us. Tsk. That's okay - they didn't have that model in stock, anyway.
This weekend, when we went camping, we came to the following conclusion:
The infamous Holodeck program "Vulcan Love Slave" was actually a remake of an underground cult classic that first appeared during the 20th century, on Earth. It was created by a small porn company founded by an Italian-American immigrant named Mestrel. Programmers from the 24th century were particularly amused that the elven race featured in the DVD movie were called "Vulcans" and experienced and involuntary mating behavior that lead to all sorts of salacious hi-jinks. That was obviously nothing but a hilarious coincidence.
