I have been kind of bummed out lately so I came up with a list of small things that I can do to make myself feel better. I don't have to do them all at once, but I think even if I stick with just one it will help:

-Get up before noon everyday

-Get outside

-Exercise

-Drink more water

-Drink less alcohol

-Do less drugs

-When I do drink or do drugs, don't feel bad about it

-Focus on thinking things through and not running from one thing to another in my head

-Not worry about girls as much

-Listen to different kinds of music

-Eat more regularly

-Make plans and follow through

-Clean my room and keep it neat

-Spend less money

-Play more music and do more creative things, even if they don't matter to anybody else

-Watch less TV

I think this just might work
