(no subject)
I was on the bus after my shift at work with my headphones on loud, and a woman got on the bus. She seemed a bit mentally unstable, maybe I'm wrong. I saw her say something to me, so I took my headphones off. She said "hey, you look kind of like Elvis", to which I replied "um thanks, i guess" in a sort of surprised but pleased tone of voice. She said something else about it being a compliment, i think. I found it amusing.
Work's been ok. I like most of the people I work with, and I have a lot of time to jackass around becaus we just opened and don't have many customers yet. I'm not making very much money, but I don't care right now. I'm doing a good job, and that feels nice.
The band is playing at the skybar on weds, if you care to come see it. Doors open at 8:00 and we're the first band.
