I took a test online to determine whether I am a Nerd, Geek or Dork. The code for it wont show up on here so this must not be very interesting
Anyway it said I was a nerd.
I would have guessed 'Geek' or 'Spazz', but I guess I just don't know myself. I need some real soul searching. A long trip eating apple pie at every truckstop diner, possibly on a road. Yeah.
man, without the pictures and official results this entry is pretty pointless.
I bought a trumpet a few days ago, and it's being shipped now. I don't know how to play yet, and I am looking forward to teaching myself a new instrument. Anybody who has any tips I'd love to hear them. Trumpets are kind of sexy, right? It's chrome plated, not lame brass lookin'.
Amelia is in North Adams. She took a job in the North Adams Public Schools working with kids with behavioral and developmental problems. I am very proud of her, but selfishly bummed because it means she'll be there for the rest of the year. I miss her intensely.
I started training and such for my new job waiting tables in Harvard Square. We open probably on Tuesday. Come check it out, it's called Z Square and it's where Finagle a Bagel used to be. It looks to be a very good job. I have Medical and Dental which I am pretty happy about. I'll probably work there for a while.
I think Jon Stewart has a dream job. He seems very happy. He's good at what he does, and has gotten to really create a very unique TV show, full of humor and political satire. I'm glad he has jokes on Democrats as well as Republicans. Bunch a bitches. Ok, I would have voted Dem. if I had gotten to when I went to the school the other day, for Patrick, but I actually think he's an interesting Atypical politician with both some integrity and the ability to get people to vote for him. This seems pretty rare to me in the mainstream parties these days.
Oh I finally cleaned my room. Mostly. Why do you care? You don't.
