They were talking about small moments or dialogues or behaviors that somehow signified the "end." How do you identify them? Is it a retrospective thing, when you reminisce after the break up and are able to pinpoint the exact incident? Or is it something you realize as soon as it occurs?

Breaking up with my boyfriend a little over a week ago, I think some of the signs are retrospective. He did say things like "it's not going well" "i want it back to the way it was before", but I think a lot of times men bottle things up &don't talk about what's bothering them until they let it blow up at the end.

Ah, I know! This is such a tardy reply, but we are still seeing each other.

Lots of things have happened this semester with health/family stuff/school...it's just a lot of things at once. Such is life! I will have to find the words to post soon.
