Hmmm...I realize very few of you know what's happened in my life lately, so to clarify, I am going out with a girl named Sarah. So all references to her should be understood.
Oh praaaisseee the Lord our video is done! And it's only 65 minutes. I thought it would've been more :( Haha...I hope we get to show this particular one. It's my favorite overall video as of today :D
Ok, I promised to talk about college because I'm waiting for my water to boil so I can consume some tasty macaroni. Guess where I'm going next year? FRESNO CITY COLLEGE!!! WOOP WOOP!!! Haha. Some of you may be suprised (most probably aren't...haha), as if I lowered my standards or something, but I've done nothing of the sort. I've explained this to most people, but I'm going to say it one last time so nobody asks me again...haha.
I originally had my sights set on UCSD, starting sophomore year, because that would be an excellent place to study Biology with the San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Sea World, and the ocean right nearby. So I planned on that and actually started achieving in school! Haha. Then my Grandmother told me that she started a college fund for me, to pay for all, or most, of college, depending if I got federal funding or any other form of money. Well, we didn't plan this far enough ahead of time, because we figured that if I were going to UCSD this next year, I'd only have enough money to last for 2 years. Soooo, my dad planned this out. Stay in Fresno for general ed, to a) save money on school supplies, b) save money on housing, and c) get used to college while still being in homes reach. So we had to plans from there: get the Smittcamp Scholarship for Fresno State or go to Fresno City College, preferably via the Honors Program. Well I didn't get Smittcamp, as expected (my freshman year wasn't exactly peachy keen), and unless Corrie rejects it, along with the other 499 applicants, I'll be settling with Fresno City. Luckily, I got into the Honors Program at Fresno City! I kinda figured...I have grades and ACT scores good enough to get into UCSD, so I better have gotten into City. Haha. What's especially good about the Honors Program is, I'm guaranteed entry into a UC (unless I kill people or something). So, since my dad is a counselor at Fresno City, he basically outlined what will MOST likely be my schedule for next year. And as you will see...it ain't pretty:
Summer: Math 4A (I believe that's Trig) and Bio1 (intro to Biology)
Fall: Math 4B (Calculus I think), Bio 6 (Botany woo!), and Chem1A (General Chem...boo)
Spring: Math 5A (I thought my dad said another calc class, but it says Mathematical Analysis), Bio 4 (Zoology double woo!), and Chem1B (General Chem and Qualitative Analysis...boo).
So what does that all equal? Besides 36 credits, it's going to be one hard year :( Haha
Ok, so how was the rest of my day? School was fun, I must say. Stats: I'm understanding. American Lit: Nothing really happened, Gov: Paid some attention, and heard some funny jokes. "Yes...that WAS ruthless. There was absolutely no rute in there." Hahah, that was so random. Photo: Didn't do anything. Lunch: Went with Tyler to Jamba Juice and Taco Bell. After, went to my old World Lit class to watch Les Miserables and be with Sarah...and Val...and Caitlin...and Nick...and...fine! I MISS EVERYBODY!!! GEEZ! After that, went home for a bit, then ordered my cap and gown for graduation, and then 6 hours of editing before I would finish. Plus some Family Guy in between!
Considering the current time, the fact I need to finish my FAFSA, my COLLEGE essay is due tomorrow im amer lit (I'm already going to college...gay), I have to study Field Bio, and I don't think I'll get to sleep anytime soon, I think I'm going to miss 2nd period tomorrow at LEAST. I'll try to make it to 4th. Plus I have Field Bio. So, hmmm...this week has been stressful so far. The weekend should be worth it considering I'm going to Jaycee's bday, and I'll be able to see Sarah FINALLY! I really want to go snowboarding though...I need to plan something out. Ahhhh...
ANYWAY, that's enough typing. I'm tired, and probably very few people plan on reading this anyway :( Haha
