(no subject)
so opening day all in all was so much fun! Was definitely an adventure, managed to get my math teacher to let me come in and take a test before bill came and got me around 11, drove in peace while eating bagels and dunkies. Got to alewife to find it was full (which in the back of my head i had expected)...called my dad in a panic to try and navigate us to an area where we wouldnt have to pay 90 bucks to park so he threw some suggestions and we got on storrow which had about a 2 mile backup. So i took in the scenery, i love driving on that road cause you have the charles on one side and then the brownstones and BU on the other, its so pretty. Needless to say we STILL couldnt find a place to park so we just kept driving straight and pulled into the first garage we could find (only to have us turn back around because it was Valet only...stupid rich folks. So we parked....all the way down at the Aquarium. I felt bad for semi yelling at my dad to tell us where to go since he was at work, but he was forgiving. We made a mad sprint to Govt Center and got managed to make our way to our seats before the red sox got themselves introduced.
well if you saw the game, it was fantastic, i had a blast, we moved our seats so i didnt have a pole right in front of us and then scooted down to the point where we were a row back in right field. I proclaimed my love for Wily Mo who looked over and smiled at me (i swear...total grin) met up with Katie and Dan after and went to Fire and Ice, hadnt been there in FOREVER forgot how good it was...all in all it was a blast so here are some pics!

it was cold...i was at the end of my beer which i was holding on my lap and my legs were bouncing...oops
