What type of person/man is Honjou Kengo?
Out of the main 6 characters he has the shortest temper and gets into fights a lot
but somewhere he has a cute part to him. I`m actually really serious about things
so I didnt know how to act like a furyou and it was hard making the character of a
furyou. I remembered when I was a high schooler, that on the same train that I took
there were a group of Furyous(delinquents or a bad person). I thought about them
when I was acting, they were my inspiration for this role(laughs).
Tell us about your favourite fashion and hairstyle.
Kengo has a simple fuyrou style and I think it matches with a lot of other fashions.
I personally thought that Nakama Junta-kuns role had cool fashion and accessories and I
wanted to wear that type of fashion too. When we were getting changed into our costumes
we had to put on heaps of accessories dangling down and when we showed ourselves to
the staff, they were like "its a different type of fashion(laughs)". My hair was
originally supposed to be just dyed blonde but it was my idea/suggestion to put some
black parts in it too. Out of the 6 of us, I`m the only one who has blonde dyed hair.
It makes me stand out from the rest and I like it myself aswell.
How was the team work during shooting the movie?
It was just, Awsome! At the start it wasn`t awkward at all so it was really fun.
Because of us all working well together, my acting towards them was 100%. When I
try to raise the tension.make the mood better, I kind of over do it so I get scolded
by the staff and managers(laughs). Then, when I go serious into my acting, next
Kiriyama Akito-kun was like "What happened, today your quiet. I didn`t think that you
were that type of character, Ishiguro-kun". I want to be a good mood maker and that is
my goal.
How was your impression of Yankumi and Nakama Yukie?
Nakama-san is also my agency/companie`s senpai and is a person that I look up to. While
we were shooting she looked like she was working very hard compared to us. I thought
"aa,what a awsome senpai". I also think at the same time "I`m still not as good". During
the last 3 months I have been able to learn from her and i will still like to learn.
