well im bored again
Its raining again. Its on and off here. They say if you don't like the weather, wait 10 minutes. I don't know how much of that is true. It's been cloudy all day long. As long as it doesn't rain tomorrow while I'm doing my natural resources lab in the woods, I'll be happy. I'm getting closer to getting a work study job. I'm trying to get one that has something to do with my major. There's a professor who's studying something to do with birds, who says he needs help. I'm trying to get a meeting with him. 10 minutes have gone by and its still raining. I'm glad we have a bus system that stops outside our dorm. I think I'm finally done buying all the stuff I need for my classes. Today, I had to get a composition notebook for my chem. lab. We can't use a spiral notebook, because they want to make sure all of the pages are there. Whatever. We get to do the metric system and density in our first lab. Yay. Oh well. Maybe the "determination of nitrite in meat" lab will be fun or maybe the "determination of the acid content in food products" lab. At least the teacher's not so bad I guess the rain's not so bad. Guys are mud sliding outside my window.
