my weekend
after i wrote the last entry, my 2 neighbors and i watched legally blond 2. nothing much exciting. saturday i went downtown for the first time since i got here. just browsed some shops and had a real lunch with real food. saw the north face store where i will be spending lots of money really soon. in the afternoon, my roommate's 2 friends (high school seniors) came up for the night (more in a minute). i went out with my friend, her parents, and her roommate to walmart. Yes the only walmart in the whole state of vermont. and its not even a super walmart. then we went out to eat at a place called the ground round. apparently a part of a chain. but the burgers were pretty good. anyway back to my roommate and her friends. they went out to a party in some house. my roommate was brought back drunk, so drunk she had to throw up. the other girls had each left the party with a guy and were not back when the group left. however, they did find there way back at around 3. the guys brought them here. they were making out in the hall. why might you ask was i still up. i was in my friends room, whos roommate was with the group. we actually just lost track of time. anyway, i went to bed shortly after the guys left and the girls ran after them. i was still awake though. they finally came in at like 3:30. but somehow we all got up at 9, and i'm really not that tired. went to a womens soccer game (vermont vs. boston u.) with the friend whose room we were in last night and her parents. we won 4-0. came back and worked on hw. still working on homework. short week this week, we have friday off. half the hall is going home. ill probably be working on my paper for my comparative religion class. im researching taoism. its pretty cool. anyway. more later.
