Zombie Attack Contingence Plan
(Also Known as the Urban Re-con and Survival Squad Constitution)

Urban Re-con and Survival Squad (URSS)
Artical II - Purpose
Should a zombie menace ever befall our fair city, survival of humans and non-humans alike will depend on multiple groups of skillful leaders dispersed throughout our region. Each group should have a basic understanding of the physical and psychological challenges faced by individuals and groups prior to, during, and after zombie emergencies. It is the purpose of URSS to develop such a group, and to the develop ability of group members to lead during critical times.
Zombie attack is, of course, simply the worst case scenario. The URSS will serve its members and surrounding community by learning to cope with all matter of urban emergencies.
Guiding the squad will be the core belief that inaction is a weapon of mass destruction, that we must find courage to overcome.
In addition to studying survival tactics, running exercises and simulations, URSS must engage in at least one community service project per academic year. Such projects could include, removal of invasive plants, disaster relief, food-not-bombs type community meal...
