The Ex-Factor
That was a song that was popular about 12 years ago. The song was just called Ex-Factor from the multi-platinum CD The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill, that was a female that spoke to me. I did interview Pras and Wyclef from the Fugees in 1993 as they were to open for Queen Latifsh st Bogarts. I called their first CD Blunted on Reality, an underrated masterpiece and told readers of my music column to keep an eye on this group. I sounded pretty prescient as their next CD The Score went multi-platinum. Boy if I only knew how big their "secret weapon would be a few years later. But I digress.
For some reason I keep looking up exes...dont ask me why. I just looked up Lillian (yikes) and Becky Lower (messed up situation) and tried to look up Stacy on facebook. That website is a gift and a curse. I think I have looked up or am in contact with every girlfriend that I have had in the past 17 years. I happened to look up one of my exes through a search and found a number. I have no idea why I looked her up, am I looking for trouble?
Eve and I had a nasty fight, she apparently had been sending me texts and I wasnt getting them. She then sends me a nasty text acting like Ive been ignoring her and that I must be not telling her something. I have a feeling that shes up to something. Women dont suddenly drop shit like that and not have an ulterior motive. Carolyn used to do that shit and I was too stupid to realize that she was pushing up on another dude. This time I have options, if she starts getting shitty, I'll bail on her. I tired of being left holding the emotional bag. Im tired and cranky, im going home to bed.
