I would never even consider it. I don't need to lose weight, but if I did, I would do it the old fashioned way. If I had a problem genetically with my weight, like it was a complication or a medical thing, then I would seek help from a doctor. But I would never go on a diet pill
Most overweight people are like that because of their own lifestyle.
Ever since these diet pills started to get out in the open, people are taking the short cut, and taking them, and then they wonder why it'snot really working.
It's called proper diet and EXERCISE. I work at a sporting goods store. and I have yet to see an over weight person buy a jogging outfit or a training anthing. They always go for the sweatpants and the sweatshirt.
I get it, they hvae no self esteem. But sitting in a computer chair or on the couch stuffing yourself isn't going to help
and relying on your well being on a drug that could box your liver won't help either. Get fresh air, go to the gym, actually make a damn effort and don't count on a little pill to do everything for you.
