Giving Thanks, Dammit
Ok, ya might be able to tell, based on my last two posts, that I'm in a bad mood.
Fortunately, the Excedrin actually worked and my headache is gone. So I'm going to bed.
But I feel COMPELLED to note (in counterpoint to all of my whinging) that I am deeply grateful that I live in a country where I can swear loudly and without censure.
I'm also grateful for a bunch of other stuff, including my BF, my family, my friends, my jobs, our house, my car, our bounty (food and otherwise), our houseplants, our fishies, and my (relatively good) health. And also my brain. It's weird, but I'm fond of it.
