(no subject)
I've been nagging various people in work for overtime because I have nothing to do now that I've finished uni and I need money. I was sad because no-one had any overtime available. However, my manager phoned today and suddenly they have overtime all week for me! Now I'm sad 'cos I have to go to work at 9am tomorrow morning. Can't win! :P
Still, 19.5 hours of overtime now arranged for this week. I'm off to Download festival on Friday which I have mixed feelings about. On one hand, it will be good to get out and about, meet people, spend time with Ole and his Norwegian buddies... oh yes and some band called Rammstein are there. But it's three days away from all the creature comforts of my apartment and it will be time spent around a whole bunch of unpredictable and quite probably drunken people... I just hope my anxiety doesn't cause any problems.
