The Trip To Maddy's and The Wonderful Friend's Return From England.
The trip went well! Aside from nearly losing my shoe in a ravine and nearly having awkward moments, it's all good.
We finished Series 2 of Doctor Who and watched The Producers, and King Kong, and Spirited Away, and a couple episodes of NCIS.
Abby needs to be a companion for The Doctor. There has to be fic of that somewhere, right?

And best of all, my best friend in the whole universe, Katie, finally returned home from England after attending school there for six months. *glee* She had a fantastic time, went backpacking all over Europe, and brought me home the best presents a fangirl could ask for in the States.
I got a gorgeous Manchester United Scarf that makes my girlfriend unreasonably jealous. I've been wearing it despite it being June. I also got a big box of Bassetts Jelly Babies. Blackcurrant is nasty and has black licorice aftertastes that make me cringe, but everything else is tasty. I'm a sucker for orange, lemon and lime. If they made boxes with just those three flavours, mmm guh. And finally, she brought me home Doctor Who Series Three Soundtrack. ^.^ The best present of course was her being home though.
