How To Order
Once you have decided on the item(s) which you would like to purchase,

1. IMMEDIATE PAYMENT (Preferred Mode by KOG)
a) Go ahead and make payment including Postage* { Refer to Postage Chart } to POSB Savings 193-24916-7
b) Email the following information to kizzofgoddess@gmail.com :

c) All ATM transfers must be accompanied with a snapshot (Scanned Pic Not allowed) of your transaction receipt.
Note: Kizzofgoddess reserves all rights to reject any orders without the snapshot. No refunds will be made too if snapshot is not provided.

2. Leave a comment in the post of the collection.

3. Email your order to Kizzofgoddess@gmail.com

IMPORTANT
There is a chance that our invoices / answers to your emails goes into your email's SPAM / JUNK folder.
Please add the following email addresses to ensure that our emails goes into your INBOX.

How To Make Payment

1. ATM Transfer / Interbank Transfer / Direct Bank in Through Bank Branches
- Our POSB Savings Account is 193-24916-7
- Do remember to include postage charges

2. Paypal
- For credit card payments, email / leave a comment on the items you want to purchase INCLUDING the  mode of postage that you want  
  { NORMAL or REGISTERED }
- Then we will send you an email from kizzofgoddess@pacific.net.sg
- In the email, you will find a link to click on and it will bring you to paypal's site
- In the new internet page, key in your credit card details and make payment for it.
- We will receive an email from Paypal once you have paid for it and we will verify and mail out your items within 3 days upon verification of payment.

IMPORTANT

Once payment transfer is complete, send us an email indicating the reference number as indicated on the completed transaction.
ATM transfers must be accompanied with a snapshot (Scanned Pic Not allowed) of your transaction receipt.
Note: Kizzofgoddess reserves all rights to reject any orders without the snapshot. No refunds will be made too if snapshot is not provided.

We will mail out your item(s) within 5 working days once payment is received.
Upon mailing out your parcel, we will follow up with a "MAILED" email.

We do not reserve items based on invoice because there are too many dead buyers and its simply not fair to those who are really sincere in getting the designs and yet we reject them because of dead buyer.

Email invoice does not secure you the pieces that you love.
So do make your payments fast to ensure that your items are secured.
In the event that your payment is made when there are no more stock(s), you can choose either (a) FULL refund or (b) Keep Credit for next purchase with NO EXPIRY DATE.

We pack stocks based on whichever payments come first, with reference to the date and time of payment reflected in the bank statement.

How About Postage Charges

Normal Postage will be $1.20 for the 1st item & additional $0.50 for each subsequent item.
IMPORTANT: We will not be held responsible for lost / damaged parcels if you decides not to choose Registered Postage.

Registered Postage is $3.00 per parcel on top of the Normal Postage.

Our Exchange & Refund Policy
Goods sold are non-refundable, subjected to the following terms:
- Exchanges/Refunds will only be offered if item received is defected OR if selected item is out of stock.
- Exchange/Refund period is limited to 14 days only.
- Exchange/Refund will be rejected if item is washed.
- Please attach a picture of the defected item in the email to us when requesting for an exchange.
