(no subject)
I hate when this happens. For a few days now I have been a bit down in the dumps about my job and work even though I just started it about two months ago. I think everyone has this on certain days and I have to say I really like alki_chicks theory of temporarily boycotting work. As you can see, I am too lazy right now to link you to her LJ info...
Anyhow, maybe I am just a sucker for the whole corporate, can-do attitude, blah, blah, blah get you all jazzed up, meeting thing. I just had a meeting today and it was envigorating and got me excited about work again. Isn't it funny how that seems to happen when you go to some work-related meeting or event? Usually it gets you all amped to go back to the office and get right to work on things.
I suppose I should be thankful that it was like that and not a meeting to tell everyone something bad. So it looks like I am back to enjoying work and thinking I can conquer the world. Ha! I give it a few weeks. But wait, that is when I have another one of those meetings. I have come to the conclusion that coproration have meetings mapped out every so often to keep you strung along and happy in your job.
Enough ranting, it is time to go home. Yay!
