[If You Find An Unconscious Person] Check for consciousness → if no response: 119, begin AED procedures→free the airway, check for breathing→if no sign of respiration, pinch the nose closed and begin artificial respiration at two breaths a second→chest compressions, quickly and strongly, 30 times without pausing. Repeat until first aid arrives! There are many things that can be used as an AED until help arrives!

■ Inkan (if applicable)
■ Bankbook/Passbook
■ Insurance Card
■ Drinking Water (Standard is 3 liters/person/day)
■ Emergency Rations (canned food, etc)

■ Pictures of Family Members (for identification in the event you are seperated)
■ Whistle (A means of telling others where you are in the event that you are trapped which requires the least amount of effort increases survival rates exponentially)
