Turn 16: XD I <3 KINOKUNIYA
I HAFTA DRAG ALEX WITH ME TO KINOKUNIYA MORE OFTEN.
Apparently, I find more YGO GX stuff when he's with me :D
I went over just to hang around and get the 3rd YGO GX manga that came out recently and I invited my friend Alex to come along since I know he's usually bored and doing nothing. Instead, I end up buying the manga, a GX sticker book and a GX coloring book to boot. XD
AND NOW I HAVE A HANE KURIBOH LEVEL 9!!!!!! :DDDDD
and I met someone who said he could probably get me the english version of it for me when the manga comes out in English as well!!! X3 I AWAIT THAT HAPPILY!!!
And yes, Alex did roll eyes and shake his head sadly at me, but he was amused by the coloring book because it had Elemetal Hero Neos in it. XD
And he swears that Juudai had a 'multiply' card in my sticker book 'cuz there is a TON of Hane Kuriboh stickers. X3 FUN.
But yes, after going to Kinokuniya, I finally went to Book Off! for the first time! YOU ARE RIGHT KA-CHAN!! IT IS AWESOME!!! I found a couple of Kazuya Minekura's old books for 5 bucks each and an old Volume of Saiyuki with an alternate cover for 1 buck. Not to mention a Spiral Artbook that my sister wanted for 15!! THAT THING IS ALWAYS 45 DOLLARS WHEN I FIND IT!! I'm sure I even saw it for $60 at AX before O_o yeah... so YAY!!
Oh yeah, but I was a dork at first and got us lost on the bus for a bit. ^^;;; FAIL. At least I paid for Alex's all day buss pass so he didn't lose any money.
We went to the Marukai Market after Book Off, where we just looked around. Alex spots someone at the register buying a Coca Cola in a GLASS bottle and then DEMANDS that I help him find one as well. Well, we look around for a good 15 minutes, until I finally decide enough is enough and ask a lady where she found the sodas and we find out they were in the section near the resgisters. XD Yeah, we sure felt special after that.
Actually, I was the one who REALLY enjoyed what happened next, since Alex was a dork and didn't realize that he wouldn't be able to open his soda without a bottle opener. So for the next half an hour, Alex drags me around from store to store, asking if anyone has a bottle opener. I'm just laughing and laughing as we go around, because Alex was so excited about getting the soda and then he couldn't open it. We did eventually go to a small sushi restaurant (Sushi Teri, I think it was called) and they had a bottle opener there. So Alex did get to drink his soda before his mom came to pick us up at 6pm. We laughed about the whole thing the whole trip home. XD
I need to drag Alex around more often, 'cuz him plus me is always sure to equal laughs. :3 Sal-niichan adds more fun to the mix too! I WILL MAKE SURE TO DRAG HIM AROUND NEXT TIME AS WELL!!!
