Goku has alrady sorta met Iruka that time with Dei "biting" Naruto, so there's a possibility of friendship, I think?

and James... didn't team rocket steal some of Juudai's Duel Academy uniforms during the power outage? XD He should walk around wearing it, it'll totally catch Juudai's attention :D
