so ready for spring quarter

spring break is ending. one of the shortest weeks i've lived.
i walked and drove and sat in this sun drenched end of the state
and while it felt good, i felt empty. really empty.
this week did not exude the warmth i had expected.
i fear that my paths with old friends are diverging.
i'm anxious for monday and returning back to santa cruz..

i still dont know whether i'm transfering or not. i haven't even heard from davis or irvine. i'm really torn right now. i'm finally settled and yet a large part of me knows theres something else out there for me.

anyways things to get excited for:
reuniting with college friends
Minus the Bear concert on may 2nd
4/20 aka national holiday @ santa cruz ... should be interesting
SF/berkeley/other bay area romps
the official start of spring
my birthdayyy

the last & final quarter of my freshman year starts in 3 days ... wow.

i hope the weather holds
but you don't need the sun to make you shine
these island towns don't care for city folk
but i think we can starve the city from our minds.

i know we won't want for much
it's just you and me and a bed and a shoreline
