The Lost Story - Meg Shaffer Her debut novel "The Wishing Game" was one of my favourite reads from 2023, so I was excited to see she's publishing another book this year. And then I saw the hook: "This wild and wondrous novel is a fairy tale for grown-ups who still knock on the back of wardrobes-just in case." Oooh yes - I will SO have to read that! (July 2024)
The Paradise Problem - Christina Lauren I've loved pretty much everything I've read by Christina Lauren. It's not high literature, but it's good, solid chick-lit. (May 2024)
De-Witched - Sophie H. Morgan I loved "The Witch is Back", and even though it works perfectly well as a stand-alone novel, you'd better believe I want to read the sequel! (August 2024)
The Space Between - Lauren Keenan A historical novel set in New Zealand written by one of my best friends? Of COURSE I'm excited about it! (March 2024)
Somewhere Beyond the Sea - T.J. Klune The sequel to "The House in the Cerulean Sea", which is one of my favourite Klune books (September 2024)
Funny Story - Emily Henry .... maybe...? Seems like I either LOVE Emily Henry's books, or they're a huge disappointment. But it's been 50-50 so far, which means that the next one ought to be good! (April 2024)
Ready or Not - Cara Bastone I've loved everything I've read by Cara Bastone so far. This one sounds slightly different, but I'm willing to branch out ;-) (February 2024)
A Witch's Guide to Magical Innkeeping - Sangu Mandanna Oh YES PLEASE!!! This one is a no-brainer. Her book "The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches" was THE best book I read in 2023, so I am HERE for this one!!! (September 2024)
