Today I got an injection in my spine
A epidermal steroid injection for my sciatica and herniated disk.
The anesthesia hurt a bit... but other than that I didn't feel anything from the steroid shot except pressure from the steroids going into my body.
Unfortunately that really irritated my hip area and I couldn't even walk for the first hour. I tried to eat at a restaurant and sit but I couldn't even sit in the car or walk up the stairs.
Sigh.
Regardless, I've been bed ridden all day and I hope that I don't regret this injection. :\
