It's been a little while since I updated. The reason being is: I've been kind of busy with work. Can you imagine that? I think I already posted it but I'll say it again. I'm now one of the many gainfully employed, and I love it. Besides all the mundane necessary things such as re-shelving things because people are too freaking lazy to put shit back where it belongs, and the creepy guys that seem to follow me, work is grand. There was a creep older white guy, and a creepy black guy. But whatever, it's expected to happen from time to time I guess. There was a kind of cute guy that came in the other day, Thursday actually. He was really tall, with really big dimples. I'm a huge fan of dimples if you didn't already know that. Moving on, he came in looking for a cd he stashed away so he could come back and buy. But he forgot where he hid it, it was kinda funny. He told me he found it randomly put somewhere so he hid it for his next visit, I guess he was getting it for someone else. His friend even came in to find it and get it but he couldn't find it where he supposedly hid it. It was quite funny. I told him he learned a valuable lesson: to remember where he hides the cds he wants to get later on, like write it down or something. I also told him that if I find cds randomly put in different places to leave them there because he'll back, and he was all: seriously. It made me smile.
Oh before I forget, me and Cristian bonded on Thursday as well. I found out she knows Parker, Lacy, Jerred, Ryan, and Amanda who's attached to his hip. She has a fatty crush on Ryan and I'm gonna try and see if I can help her with that. I mean me and Ryan talk occasionally, and what not. But yea, I'm gonna put in a good word for her and hope for the best for her and him. I think that they would make the cutest couple. I mean she's like a million trillion zillion times better than Amanda. I mean Amanda's a cool kid and all that but she's totally obsessed with Ryan and that's never an attractive quality in a girl when she lives and breathes you day in and day out nope. Don't think so.
Anywho, I have exciting news: I finally told Sunshine how I feel about things. And she totally understands, she's actually really sorry for being selfish; she even made me Captain. I'm stoked about that part. Her and her sister are taking their driving tests on the 7th I hope for the best for her. When she gets her license life will be freakin' grand. I don't really get to see her too often because I work and she works, worse off she doesn't get to see Jerred, but I totally don't want to spend my days off waiting on her to get back so that I can take her home after she's done hanging out with him. I think the last time they saw each other was when I told her not to go, the Friday before she went down to SF for her cousin's wedding. But I think that when she gets her license she'll be able to visit me at work and she'll be able to hang out with Jerred whenever the hell she wants. Thus making my life so much easier and her's as well. She will no longer have to have anyone drive her any where. She'll have her license and she already has her own car. And technically she doesn't have to tell her people where she's going, all she has to say is: I'll be back later. She doesn't have to say "oh I'm gonna hang out with Kai." They don't need to know where she's going or when she'll be back because she's 18 and it's her car.
So I totally got paid on Friday and I spent my check on a digital camera, and the yearly Football Price Guide book on Lloyd, and laundry detergent for the house. I have like $30 something dollars left in my account. I have a total of $12 in cash, and $7 in lottery tickets. I think that will last me until next week. I'm determined to set aside some money from my next check towards my card. I think I'm going to put it in my savings account I'm just not sure which one. I think I might put it in my NVB account because I have to go into the bank to touch that money, whereas my Member's First savings account I can use my card same with the Hawaii account.
Mom says she'll give me 6 months after I get a job to have my own car, and all I would have to pay for is groceries, necessary groceries. To me necessary groceries consist of: milk, meat, bread, cereal, fruits and veggies. Anything we don't need, I'm not buying. It's unthinkable to expect me to have a car in 6 months if I have to pay $250 in rent, $200ish electric bill, $50ish in groceries, and whatever else she feels like making me pay for. Nope, our agreement was 6 months of borrowing her car and only buying groceries I'm to have my own car. I calculated it and I get paid 31 times before my 6 months are up. I get paid $7.75 an hour and if I work a full 40 hours a week I'll have made about $8,000 in pocket. But, I figure I'll put 1/2 my check into my savings account and the rest will go into my checking for my bills; the cell phone bill, and my Clear Wire bill which I have to get transferred into my name and account, and necessary groceries of course, and sometimes gas money for mom. What I don't understand is: when I was Chase's age and worked at Del Taco I paid for groceries, gas money, and misc. bills (rent, electric and what ever was handed to me to pay); but Chase doesn't do any of that, he barely even gives mom money for gas. I understand he only works 2 days a week for like 5 hours = 10 hours a week, for 4 weeks a month, = 40 hours a month, and he only gets paid once a month but that's enough money to give mom for gas and some groceries. When she told us that when you get job the money you make is yours it was a bold face lie, my money wasn't spent on what I wanted. I had to spend it on bills that aren't mine. Not this time around, we have a verbal agreement on how things are going to go this time around.
After I get my car, my money will go towards me moving out her house. Sunshine had a goal list and by her list she was going to be moved out her mom's house by like January, more power to her. I mean she has a job and her own car, all she needs is her license and to save her money to move out, but the funny part is she said that we (me and her) were moving out by then. I laughed at her, and told her: I don't have a job or a car. Kind of hard to move out when you don't have a job or car to get to said job. But now that I have a job I'm focusing on getting a car and then moving out. Besides her mom told her she has to move out with her sister. But her sister says she's not going to move out until she knows her mom is ready for her to move out, I told her, her mom is never going to be ready for her to move out and that her dad is not going anywhere no matter how much her mom threatens to kick him out. I also asked why her mom needs her and she said that she'll only have Christopher, I said she'll have the dog and she said the dog isn't any help, I said well neither is Chris and if she felt that way she'd never get moved out. And she also said she isn't going to move out until she's settled in college. I said about how long and she said this time next year she'll be moved out; I was all half way through college and you'll be ready to move out? She said yea, I said well then why not go the full way through college? She said no, I was like whatever dude. Needless to say, I'm not moving out with Sunshine because she wants to move out here pretty soon, and I'm not ready yet, like I said: I'm getting myself a car before I move out. And besides I already decided to move out with Lloyd. We can get a small place together because he'll need help paying for bills in the winter time since he gets laid off for the winter, and he'll also need someone home to make sure his bills gets paid in the summer time when he's gone all the time. It'll be like living by myself half of the year because he'll be gone all the time during the summer. Only problem is: he doesn't want my friends to come over the house. I asked if Sunshine could come over and stuff like that he said yea but like no one else. WTF mate?! If I'm paying my half of the rent and bills I'll invite whoever the hell I want. It's not like I'd bring guys over or anything like that. Jerred with Sunshine so doesn't count because he's with Sunshine. But I'll worry about that when I get there. Plus I've decided to pursue the whole online college thing, and I'm going to start classes in January because by then I should have a good amount set aside for my car and I won't be as focused on it as I am right now, and I'll be able to focus on school. I've decided to attend Axia college and I'm sticking to it. I might not get enrolled when I want to but I will attend Axia college. I looked into a Pell Grant and I have to sit down with mom and fill out a FASFA so that I can apply for financial aid. I think if I have to get a student loan I'm going to go through Memeber's First because it's a credit union and will be better for me especially since I already have an account with them and everything. Well I think I've discussed everything I needed to. If I think of anything else, I'll be sure to post it. Later dayz. Peace
