(no subject)
Well I thought I would put an ad on Gumtree to get me a flatmate, help with costs for sure, I never expected a reply, and I got home last night to see an email from a guy called Jamie he's 29 and from England and him and his wife Lucy arrived in Brisbane last night and are flying to Adelaide today, he's a Chef I forgot to ask the most important question what's your last name, they have not lived here before and just arrived for the first time last night, so they are coming around to see the room tonight, they just gotta get furniture, I don't think they read the ad proper, coz it did say no furniture supplied, and I really just wanted 1 person but he's got a wife so i guess we shall see what happens the good thing he's a Chef and has a job to go to, so that's good, any way we shall find out tonight whats going on.
I did something that I thought I would never do, at the end of the pontoon there's a ladder you climb down that and your in the water,so after working in 39c all day long and it's so hot in me truck I was going swimming, I went down and up the stairs about 4 times I think. gawd I was totally scared I just couldn't let go of the rail, but then I did and wammo I was swimming, so I am gonna keep practicing, and one day I will swim past the pontoon one day :)

I am home for 2 days this time and then back to TJ's they leave Saturday but I haveta go there Friday coz they leave at 8am Saturday morning, so I haveta go then, and I don't really feel like I have been home for very long really... Oh well for now I will enjoy my little flat.
