MSN, Doujinshi, and Contests
I... I can't figure out why MSN isn't working for me. ;-; It suddenly stopped, and it won't let me log in anymore...! *cries* I even gave in and updated it, but still no luck...
So, basically, sorry if I'm not on. I swear I'm trying. T^T Why are you being mean to me, MSN...? If you guys want, I can give you my Skype, I guess. Don't ask me for it unless I really love you, though. That's pretty much reserved for real life friends, but since MSN is a jerk... Anyway, just PM me for it or whatever. Hopefully MSN will start working soon so the offer will be null and void, but... Yeah. If you guys have any sort of an idea as to what's wrong, help would be very much appreciated. I'm so bad with technology sometimes...
Also, we just released a new doujinshi at Psycho Soda Scanlations. It's a Palletshipping doujinshi. =) I hope you all read and enjoy it, if Palletshipping interests you.

It turns out Natsume, the company that translates the Harvest Moon games and makes them available for people in North America, is holding a contest to find the biggest Harvest Moon fan. The winners get plush. Of course, my first reaction to this was, "HOT DIGGITY. I am so entering." Then, I saw it was being hosted on Facebook and was all, "Aw... But I don't know how to work Facebook!"
However, it turns out my love for Harvest Moon can overcome any barriers. I (kinda) figured out what I needed to do and how to do it, and now my entry is in. =D I broke out my Gill cosplay and took a picture just for the contest. Er, well, my brother took the picture. Haha. I have to say, though... While he may have a few talents, photography isn't one of them. I think it runs in the family. That's pretty much the reason why I have yet to post up any cosplay pictures. I need to get my friends over here to help my take some. xD I actually had one of my friends over the other day, but we were too busy doing other things to take pictures of my cosplays, so... Yeah. Darn it.
But, anyway, here's the comment I put on Natsume's contest post:
A little over five years ago, I rented a copy of Another Wonderful Life from my Blockbuster. And so it began. Much to my surprise, I found that I couldn't stop playing-couldn't stop renting-all of the Harvest Moon games I could get my hands on. Soon, I started buying every game I could find, and have since amassed quite the collection. So, you ask me if I love this game series? My dear, dear Natsume... I know. It's pretty bad. ;-; But I didn't know what to say...! I just really, really want that horse and alpaca plush. Maybe... Maybe I'll win? Okay, I know I probably won't.
Oh, and the thing I wrote on the sign is a reference to when Gill asks you out in Tree of Tranquility. xD He's all blushing and looking away before asking, of all things, "Will you go steady with me, [character]?" Then I'm giggling behind my Wii remote and enthusiastically pressing the 'yes' button. His dialogue is amazing to me. Really... 'Go steady'? Hahaha. Sure. Why not? Anyway, the line he uses when he asks you out is kind of a joke in the fandom, which is why I decided to use it. x3
Anyway, that's about it. Now, back to trying to get my MSN to love me again... >.>
