Happy birthday to me~
So! Last monday, on May 14, it was my birthday! *cheers* I'm now twenty years old! I... I am no longer a teenager. Huh.
Anyway, I did a lot of really fun stuff for my birthday! On the 12th, which was a Saturday, I went out to eat at one of my favorite restaurants with my friends and family, got to eat ice cream cake, and then saw the movie the Avengers. And then, on my actual birthday, I went out with my mom and she bought me some fabric at the fabric store! I've had a really wonderful birthday!
Here's some of the stuff I got~
I really, really love it all! I think the first present I got was from my best friend, who gave me that One Piece card that she drew herself! And keep in mind, this is a pretty big deal for her because she is a very big Zoro x Sanji fangirl, but she drew me my Sanji x Nami pairing~ Isn't it cute? Here it is closer up!
I love it so much! She was also the one who bought me my ticket to see the Avengers, and treated me to popcorn and a drink. ♥ She told me she was trying to imitate how I react to hugs with Sanji's pose. Hahahaha.
Like I was saying earlier, my mom took me out to get some fabric on my birthday, and I bought three different colors and some thread to go with them. I wonder if anyone can guess at what I'm thinking of sewing next?
She also got me the bracelet in the picture! Her friend makes them, and she asked her to make one specifically for me. I guess her friend goes to flea markets and online sites to find these really old, different beads and makes bracelets out of them. It's her hobby, you could say! And let me tell you, this one certainly has some unique beads.
Its face. It stares at me every time I wear it. @_@
I really, really love looking at the different beads, though! They're all really unique and have some extremely interesting designs and shapes, and I don't think it's an exaggeration to say a person could feasibly spend a lot of time studying them all. It's so interesting!
Finally, last (BUT CERTAINLY NOT LEAST OMG) the wonderful, fabulous, amazing, generous, beautiful, spectacular chibichidori sent me a package that I just got, and when I opened it up I NEARLY DIED OF JOY AND HAPPINESS.

ISN'T IT ALL BEAUTIFUL?!?! That doujinshi-that AMAZING doujinshi-is over 150 pages long!!! It's the very first Yugioh doujinshi I've ever gotten, and I LOVE IT SO MUCH! I can't even begin to tell you how long I spent reading and drooling over it. The art is simply beautiful, and the different plots had me squealing in pure, unadulterated fangirl joy.
AND I WASN'T EXPECTING THE PAINTING AT ALL! LOOK AT IT! LOOK AT PIKACHU AND NYANKO-SENSEI! DAT APPLE. I CAN'T EVEN BEGIN HD&*#(&EH#*#&^^GF&YE(DJE-
CHIBI, I LOVE YOU AND YOUR BIRTHDAY PRESENTS ARE GOING IN THE MAIL THE VERY DAY THEY ARRIVE AT MY HOUSE!

On a separate note, once I get my next package from SMJ, I'll probably do another doujinshi update. x3 I've gotten a lot more doujinshi since my last update! And coming in the mail I have two Yugioh doujinshi (puzzleshipping) and seven Pokemon doujinshi (Green/Red and Shuu/Haruka), which I am ridiculously excited for. Soon, doujinshi, soon... ^q^
