It is a lovely day and we are moving our desks.
Yep. New teachers day! I miss the (17) old teachers but it seems like we've got a good new crew in. Seven English teachers this year, and two of them with the special needs classes which will be cool as they're my favorites. My desk got moved across the room which has never happened before.
Gotta look less lazy on my computer all the time because now there are people behind me. Ah well. As we can see I am already failing at that.
There is a chance I may expire of ARGH while making my new weekly schedule though. 22 potential class spaces, 20 classes that need to fit in them. One more 1st year class than last year. Although it's for the best because as anyone can see from the behaviour of the new 3rd year classes having too many kids/class leads to near anarchy without a really strong homeroom teacher. I'm just crossing my fingers that I don't have to go begging the head teacher to move classes around on my account.
Also: I hate wearing a suit. Even for staff picture day.
