This week: Chicken - head = running around

Because Christmas is coming faster that I want!!! But my favourite teacher at school helped me 'borrow' a whole big box of colored paper so I can start printing star ornament templates and hacking it up (nicely) for Christmas Card bases. BECAUSE CHRISTMAS CLASSES START ON FRIDAY. Well, for the JHS kids, anyway. I've already started Christmas lessons at my elem. schools.

Oh, and I actually kicked some ass at dodgeball on Monday. I should play with 3rd graders all the time. Ha. Since I can actually catch their balls and dodge and stuff.

Um.. Um... Stuff has happened! Like knit club and swimming and seeing illumination (Christmas light displays) at Nagoya Station. Two weekends ago there was a (n American) Thanksgiving potluck at Chisako's and a trip to some funky temples and a boat ride up a river to see fall colors in the North of the prefecture.* This weekend there was a potluck Wii party at Raven's and visiting Yumiko's neice and and and... And I got some alone time on the weekend too. So I'm actually not completely losing it. XD

*pictures will be posted as soon as I get them off Rachel. I forgot my camera battery so she shared hers with me, the darling.

Yep. And this week/weekend is gonna be crazy. But my kids love the CDs so far. One of them told another to stop playing it in the class CD player 'cause it was his important thing :D And I made some new bestest friends with two of my girls who hung out with me in the Language Lab last week and want to go to Animate together. And I made some more since I actually know some of the series and chracters they like and I like Kingdom Hearts. (Best student quote from last week: "Are you friends with Demyx?" 'Demyx... Like Kingdom Hearts Demyx?' "*SQUEAL*") The second years are really opening up to me this year. I feel loved and abused at the same time XD Oh teenagers.

But now I am going to bed so I shall stop ranting and raving at you. Goodnight or good morning, dear flist.
