BUT!!! Today I was pinching the dead flowers off my pansies and guess what hopped out of the flower-pot? A FROG! (Sorry to those who dislike the froggies) One of those climbing frogs is living in my pansy pot on the second floor of my apartment building above a gravel parking lot. Rock on nature. FROGGIE!! My mom had a huge one in her backyard that lived in her pond. How it got there, we were not sure. Lucky you!! I hope it comes back too, wild life in your garden is always a good thing. I used to love watching the birds and the bees and the butterflies in my porch garden; it was nice and peaceful.

Until Catzilla decided that bees looked tasty. *sigh* Cats...

Frogs seem to be mysterious that way. It's very strange. I'm so happy though! He came back and sat still long enough for me to grab a really good picture of him! I wasn't able to sit on my balcony until I put the cat back outside permanently because he'd try to bugger off to other people's houses or onto the ledge beyond the balcony wall. Cats just seem to do that. Silly things.
