Ok well before I get to the customer service here is how my day went.
6:00 am My brother walks into my room holding my laptop
him: "I need your passaward pallleeeezzzeee"
me: "WTF? ET go home?" *opens eyes*types in password* "do you just want me to type it since your typing at like 2 WPM?
him: "Well I didn't want to wake you up"
me: "you already scared me looking like ET with coming in with a glowing compy in the dark!"
him:"ok"
I type the paper in like 5 minutes then drink 2 cups of coffee to start my homework. I finish about two chapters and the early morning wake up caught up with me. I took a nap fron 11-1 lmao
Then I talked to tamie about our up and coming trip to Denver for NDK and got ready set up a savings account while doing so I found out my oh so responsible mother left a $179.68 balance on the account which I had to pay in order to get an ATM card for my account. Ate at Chili's where my friend Aaron was working he is so great everytime we go in he was in shock about my hair, but approved. I gave him a big tip to make up for the lousey $4 tip me and some friends left him after like 2 hours at the bar earlier this year. He appreciated the gesture he said he wished all his friends were like me *I had said i'm his friend so I should be his biggest tipper* becuase they are the one's who always stiff him. then he refused my tip so I shoved it in his pants pocket! Serves him right doing his job and all! Then when I went to the PO to mail off that stupid bill my mom left for me I got another bill from quest. I called in and said it was just an inquiry and they set me up and what had happened with my apartment. well he answered the phone "yodaleheeehoooo how can I help you" well you all know me I cracked up so hard I could barely breathe. He said that telling him he could be himself on the phone was the worst thing they could have done. But we had a nice little chat while he credited my account for all the charges for services I didn't even know I had. He was so great! If only all customer service could be like that the world would be a much better place. Thanks John Quest employee in Idaho! You made my day!
