I realize we're talking Unholy tanking and not Frost tanking, but I'm successfully tanking Sarth-10, Naxx-10, and pretty much all Heroics at this point with ~22% Dodge and ~16% Parry. More is always good, but it sounds like that at least is acceptable. Can't speak for much else 'cause I'm at wooooooork.

Off the top of your head, can you think of anything that might make Chiva really squishy in Heroic VH? That was her question on the TBDF. Any input you have about anything else posted here - when you get off work - would be great. I'd like to tweak this for my own use, mostly.

I actually dropped some parry/dodge gems in favor of flat out defense + stamina gems this morning before the restart (and my need to get ready for work), because I read that going beyond the tanking Defense cap is AOK, because you get better returns for the points. I noticed my dodge went up quite a bit (I had been running 20-21%Dodge and 17% Parry), while I did loose some on parry, it was only a smidge

I had several "Uh oh" moments with one healer, but not with another, so it may be a matter of the healer trying to get used to the patch changes, as well.

Trust me, though. Grab Scourge Strike and Unholy Blight - those are important to an Unholy DK's rotation.

Ok. My Spec was messed up. Not sure what happened cause I was using Unholy Blight in H:VH last night. Anyways. Respecced, I have UB and SS now. Take a gander once it updates and give me your thoughts. *sigh* sometimes I think WoW hates me.
