Should I be concerned that I found myself nodding my head in agreement with some of Dubya's ideas this evening? I don't even know...It was all sorta non-party related stuff like HIV/AIDS funding, anti-cloning, and schooling but still. It was terrifying.
Not quite as terrifying is something I don't know if I should be upset about...with facebook and myspace people now have the ability to stalk down all kinds of "friends" they have known throughout their life. Are these people really all friends? Are you popular because you have 1309809808 friends on your myspace/facebook profile? The reason I have been thinking about this is because it seems like my bf lives his life through myspace sometimes. He is always talking about people he has found on there, comments people have left him and such. He also leaves comments for people that slightly bug me; talking about how hot there are, etc...In his defense, he does live far away from DC, where he has lived his whole life. The internet is a good way to keep in touch with people, without taking the painstaking, horrible effort to actually call them on the phone. It allows him to pretty much have day to day contact with people he hasn't seen for months but still...I am probably just being an idiot but oh well.
My teacher who didn't know who Ted Guinn was is leaving us. She got a professor job in South Korea...I'm sad.
I suck with money.
