Lateral Movement
We signed a lease tonight. On April 4th or 5th, we'll move on to a bigger, brighter apartment. It's a three-minute walk from lots of places I never go, but it's also a half hour walk to the beach, a two-minute walk to the Italian outpost of the Madonna Inn in San Francisco, and perhaps 20 minutes to Mr. Plaid's place. Any guesses?
$300 in service fees later, we got tickets to Air at the Masonic Auditorium. The only other time I have been there was to see Merle Haggard (who rocked my socks) and the only other time I have seen Air was at the Paramount. The only other time I had ever been to the Paramount was to see Miles Davis, back in high school. The only other time I have written a journal entry this boring was every other time, the point being that I am excited to see Air again. And on Doc's birthday week.
Speaking of birthday week, we'll be having a big housewarming and Fairbs birthing party at the end of April. I hope you will come.
