...that I never finished?
Well, there's this contest being held by Fox to get your creative tributes to House [possibly] included in the retrospective before the grand finale episode. That was the spark I needed to get my fire going again, so would you believe?
I finished it!
Wanna see?
Are you sure?
Really really?
Welllllllll okaaaaaaayyyy....
I'm hoping to get a better picture with my mom's camera later this week, as the deadline isn't until April 1st. But Dr Mini-House himself is finished, for the most part (there's always a chance I'll do a little more cleaning up later).
I sculpted and painted the head, cane, and Vicodin bottle, painted the shoes, and altered the jacket with arm stripes cut from a few pieces of fake leather left over from my leather jacket project way back when. The rest came with the body (who had his head violently ripped from his shoulders in sacrifice). I kind of rushed with the jacket so there are a few sloppy spots, but overall, I'm happy with it. I have no idea what other kind of stuff people will be submitting, but I'm hoping my chances are decent.
He hasn't met Mini-Peter yet, but I expect they'll find each other eventually. Mini-Peter's childlike innocence might cause some issues, but I have a feeling his playful nature will allow them to tolerate each other once they find some common ground.
If you have no idea what the hell I'm talking about:
http://www.mini-peter.net No, for the record, there are no plans for an Adventures of Mini-House site, and Mini-Peter has long since retired from his public adventuring career. However, if I come up with an idea I just can't resist, the mini-doctor might make an appearance on MP's site. You never know, right?
