another snupin
i've posted Surviving the Night to archives now. this is my story that appeared in chocolate & asphodel vol. 2, and i actually wrote it nearly a year ago now as a present for opaljade. here's the summary: Post-transformation, Lupin wakes up in the woods too close for comfort to a gathering of Death Eaters. Snape spirits him away to Spinner's End for questioning later. High jinks ensue. it features snape in a towel and wanking, among other things. tempted? you can read it now at tpp or at owl. it'll be up on eros & sappho eventually.
other than that, still chugging away on finishing my lupinbigbang story, which is due on march 1st. i managed to finish writing the new scene and am past page 30 of about 55 in the editing process. i still need to rewrite a critical scene at the end based on the new scene i wrote, and i need to make sure the ending is actually complete. i kind of threw it together to get the first draft in on time, so i'm not certain it got all the way to where it needs to go. *wibbles*
and my favorite uncle is visiting from new york on thursday, staying with me for a few days because i pretty much begged him to. so i have to get things ready for a visitor, i.e., clean and tidy and such, and finish writing my story. and february is a short month! *shakes fist at puny little 28 days* but - my uncle told me if i'm not done with my story when he gets here, he will cook and clean and facilitate so i can focus on finishing it! can you imagine?! i think that might be the sweetest thing anyone ever offered to do for me.
