1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
½ avocado
2 cups green leaf lettuce
1-inch piece ginger root
1 cup water or coconut water

this smoothie has me concluding that after banana, pineapple is perhaps my favorite smoothie ingredient. this is a delicious, tasty smoothie. go make it right now - you won't be disappointed, lol. the avocado makes for a creamier texture. the leaf lettuce is pleasant, so it just kind of lightens the pineapple so it tastes a little more green. i think i suck at reviewing, lol. but what matters is, this one is really yummy, lol. hmm. i could make another - i still have half an avocado ...
