So I have often wondered if in the DC and Marvel universes if there was a super hero or super villain insurance policy. For instance, Superman throws someones car into a missile, does that guy have insurance for acts of superman? Or if his? Can't you just see the agent looking at a computer saying something like, "Sir, I see you don't have Super Villain life insurance. You know the Joker just escaped from Arkham you might want to look into that for the sake of your family." I just think it would make sense, after all if there is "Act of God" insurance why not act of Batman or Cyclops?
