Pine Street, Pineapple Margaritas, and Piru...
This weekend has been one of the best I've had in a LONG time. My overnight trip to Long Beach was a blast and I had so much fun catching up with Mike and hanging with him, Moe, and their buddies down on Pine Street, (except for Wausabi's because of the 18 year old sorority/frat wanna be's). :) It was a long night but it was fun and relaxing and good memories were made. Then when I got back on Sat., I coached with Rolland on my Drama and that's starting to come together really well. I have a lot of work to do but I'm starting to get a better grasp on the material. Leigh and I helped Jillers decorate the display window in the PAC for the Night before NAts. Then I hung out with Leigh and Nicole and some other friends and we went and had some drinks and danced. Lots of fun... Then today, Leigh and I went out with some friends to Lake Piru and relaxed in the sun. Good times... Now I'm just getting ready for a good night's sleep and another hectic week. Life is looking up... I'm so glad to have gotten rid of the stupid drama in my life so I could concentrate on me and allow myself to enjoy life. It's so much better being in control, (under God's provision, of course), but it makes a difference when you do things for yourself as opposed to always putting others first. And that's what I plan on doing...make myself happy, and find a REAL man to love and be loved by.
